
Tap Allow for the Absa Banking App to access your camera.Tick to agree to Scan your face and to verify your Identity.Insert your passcode and tap Scan to accept A verification request will be sent to your phone.Enter your Account number, User number and the CAPTCHA code.On the Absa website home page click on Logon in the top right of the screen.Enter your previous App passcode, ATM card number and PIN.Note: read the details in the information box Select the reason for verification device being unavailable.On the prompt screen select No, I don’t have it if you don’t have a current verification device.Accept the verification request sent to your current deviceĪlways logout after using your online account.Select Yes to accept new device as your verification device.
